29 November 2020New change of colors, in some Italian regions, on the front of the fight against Covid 19. From today, after the signing of the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, there are more orange (medium risk) or yellow (low risk) regions and fewer red regions (high risk).

The picture of the situation, in this second wave, captures a situation in marked improvement but - all the experts underline - does not mean a "free all".

Caution and attention is always recommended, also to avoid any relapses and the well-founded risk of a third wave in the coming weeks.

The red regions drop from 8 to 5. In addition to Lombardy and Piedmont, in fact, Calabria (which finally has a health commissioner, the prefect Guido Longo) leaves the area where the maximum restrictions are foreseen to try to curb the new ones contagions.

The regions of Liguria and Sicily pass from orange to yellow.

As a result of the new ordinance, therefore, there are 5 red regions (or autonomous provinces, as in the case of Trentino Alto Adige), 9 orange regions and 7 yellow regions.

YELLOW AREA

: Lazio, Liguria, Molise, Autonomous Province of Trento, Sardinia, Sicily, Veneto.

ORANGE AREA

: Basilicata, Calabria, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Puglia, Umbria.

RED ZONE

: Abruzzo, Campania, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Tuscany, Valle d'Aosta.

The situation, which could change in the next few days, is the result of the evaluation of a series of parameters that help experts to assess the different risk factors in each region.

What can you do and what not:

.

RED ZONE

: the most restrictive measures provided for by the Dpcm are applied.

Leaving home must be motivated, bars, restaurants, shops are closed, Dad is expected from the seventh grade onwards.

It is forbidden to move from one municipality to another, as well as to leave or enter the region.

The self-certification is also back for travel within a city.

ORANGE AREA

: The restaurants and bars are closed for the whole day.

The shops remain open.

Dad is only expected in high school.

Circulation within a municipality is permitted but it is not allowed to leave the municipality of residence, domicile or home.

It is forbidden to enter or leave the Region.

YELLOW AREA

: the more "soft" restrictive measures provided for by the Dpcm apply.

Restaurants and bars are open until 6pm, shops stay open until closing time.

Shopping centers are closed on weekends.

It is possible to move within the Region and from one yellow Region to another.

The "curfew" applies to all, and there remains the closure, throughout the country, of cinemas and theaters, the suspension of live shows, the stop to a series of sports activities.

And finally, the obligation to wear a mask, even outdoors, in addition to social distancing.

In fact, the real "weapons" to effectively counter the spread of the coronavirus.
