US President Donald Trump has said he will permanently suspend funding after a request to the World Health Organization has not been met.

Andrew Bremberg, Ambassador of the United States Delegation to Topic Neva, delivered seven requirements to the World Health Organization Secretary General Thewardros Adhanom Gubrersus in May.

The demands also included politically sensitive content, the New York Times reported yesterday (27th) local time.

President Trump is said to have asked China to provide samples of the virus and not to censor doctors and media.

President Trump also demanded that WHO members be selected on a scale proportional to their contribution to the WHO.

Shortly after delivering the request, President Trump ultimagined that "WHO must prove that it is independent from China," saying that if there is no substantial improvement, it will cut off funding.

The United States has already submitted a WHO withdrawal letter to UN Secretary-General Antonius Guterchs in July.
