The first incident took place in 2017 when activists illegally entered the area.

When police arrived at the scene, the activists stood outside the area and the police carried out ID checks and secured videos showing who had been in the area.

Riots in connection with trial

The second incident occurred in 2019 in connection with a trial against another activist.

Police officers who were on site describe that the atmosphere was hot, that the activists shouted slogans and had banners and were masked.

The police informed that there was a ban on masking.

Some refused to unmask and are now convicted of violating the law banning masking in some cases.

Went out on time

Seven people are convicted of unlawful intrusion but none of them confess to the crime.

Seven people are sentenced for not unmasking at the request of the police.

Some of the people were present on both occasions.

Prosecutor Klas Lundgren believes that the trial has dragged on, due to the fact that all of the suspects, among others, did not show up for questioning.

Some of those now convicted did not attend the trial either.
