November 28, 2020 "The second wave was certain and all countries had difficulties. A reform of the health system cannot be done in a few months, the situation can be stopped".

So Stefano Patuanelli, Minister of Economic Development, in his speech at the presentation, speaking at the meeting of the Confindustria Study Center for the presentation of the report on Industrial Scenarios 2020 'Innovation and resilience: The paths of Italian industry in the changing world'

"Beyond the redundancy block, for which I also thank the companies for their collaboration, we have put in place other tools. Tomorrow in the Council of Ministers we will finalize a decree that suspends all tax deadlines until the end of the year, for everyone . So far we have disbursed about 110 billion as a government to help the country "in the emergency linked to the coronavirus, said the minister of economic development.

"Bonomi is right that we must have the ability to immediately look to the future, to what will happen. Overcoming the selfishness of individual countries will be decisive in the coming years. The funds from the Recovery Fund must be used to intervene in sectors on which we could intervene with ordinary funds, "said Patuanelli.

"The first initiative that we are carrying out is the transition 4.0, a package that takes effect from November 16 this year until 2023. So there is a possibility of business planning that was not there before", explained the minister.

"However, we must not forget that technology transfer works when there is a network in which skills are distributed. Because only in this way does technology transfer come from the largest company to the smallest entrepreneur, this is the challenge to be faced. there are no moments of confrontation, then the supply chains pay the consequences. We must be very careful, as on the subject of training workers and entrepreneurs. We risk that the development of technologies will be faster than we employ to train those who will use them ".
