In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has ordered the disbursement of the third housing benefits package, worth 7.2 billion dirhams, for the benefit of more than 6,100 citizens, In conjunction with the state's celebrations of the 49th National Day.
According to the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office, the third package includes disbursing loans, distributing housing and residential lands to citizens, and exempting retirees and deceased families from paying housing loans.
With the disbursement of the third package, the total value of what has been allocated for housing benefits to the citizens of Abu Dhabi during the current year becomes 15.48 billion dirhams, from which 13,626 citizens benefited. A total of 5.5 billion dirhams for more than 5,550 citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of the first housing benefits package for the year 2020 for citizens in Abu Dhabi, which coincided with the blessed Eid al-Fitr, based on the wise leadership's keenness to ensure social stability, enhance living standards and a decent life for citizens, and enhance their role To contribute to advancing development in society.
