It is noted that most of the fined were brought to justice under Art.

20.6.1 of the Administrative Code of Russia (“Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or threat of its occurrence”).

Earlier, the head of the Main Control Directorate of the capital, Yevgeny Danchikov, said that more than 90 thousand citizens were brought to justice in Moscow for violating self-isolation for the entire period of the high alert regime.
