AstraZeneca vaccine offered to be combined with "Sputnik V"

A post on Sputnik V's official Twitter account said the current complete AstraZeneca vaccine regimen was 62% effective.

"If the company is going to conduct new clinical trials, we recommend trying a scheme that combines the AstraZeneca injection and Sputnik V, which is based on the human adenovirus, in order to increase effectiveness," it said.

Sputnik V's developers added that the combination of vaccines could be important for re-vaccination.

Earlier, Russia commented on the report on the British vaccine AstraZeneca.
