If Zhao Douchun's wife moves, it is expected that Zhao Douchun will live there together after he is released from prison.
Before being taken into prison, Zhao Douchun and his wife lived in an apartment in Anshan City. He had previously stated that he would return to the apartment after being released from prison.
Prior to this, the police and Ansan City, centering on the residence of Zhao Douchun's wife, planned to set up guard posts at major intersections, expand the installation of many high-performance surveillance cameras, and centrally deployed inspection manpower.

Cho Doo-soon was sentenced to 12 years in prison in September 2009 for allegedly kidnapping, raping, and hurting elementary school students in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, in December 2008.
He will finish his sentence on December 12, 2020, and will be released from prison on 13.
After his release from prison, Zhao Douchun's photos and other personal information will be published online for 5 years. He also needs to wear an electronic anklet that can be positioned.
At the same time, Ansan City started to install cameras and implement one-to-one electronic supervision and drinking restrictions after release from prison.
