Resume of Zhao Yongjun
Zhao Yongjun, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1963 in Jingyang, Shaanxi, with a doctorate degree in management. He joined the Communist Party of China in February 1985 and started working in July 1984.
From July 1984 to April 1987, he served as Secretary of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics;
From April 1987 to January 1999, he served successively as the Assistant to the Chief of the Planning and Credit Division of the Xi'an Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, the Deputy Director of the Information Computer Center, the Deputy Director of the Sales Department, the Deputy Governor of the Chengdong Sub-branch, and the Deputy Governor of the Jiefang Road Sub-branch;
From January 1999 to January 2000, he served as member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Business Department of Agricultural Bank of China Shaanxi Branch;
From January 2000 to August 2007, he successively served as assistant to the general manager, deputy general manager, member of the party committee, and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation Xi’an Office;
From August 2007 to January 2015, he served successively as deputy secretary, director, and deputy chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Rural Credit Cooperative Union Party Committee. From September 2014 to January 2015, he also served as the Party Secretary of Shaanxi Qinnong Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. , Chairman;
From January 2015 to September 2016, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Qinnong Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.;
From September 2016 to November 2017, he served as the party secretary and chairman of the Shaanxi Rural Credit Cooperative Union, and the party secretary and chairman of Shaanxi Qinong Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.;
From November 2017 to December 2018, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Shaanxi Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Qinnong Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.;
Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Changan Bank Co., Ltd. since December 2018;
