Berlin (dpa) - In the fight against the persistently high number of corona infections, the prime ministers of the federal states plead for strict contact restrictions from December 1 - there should be a special regulation for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
"Private get-togethers with friends, relatives and acquaintances are to be limited to one's own household and one other household, but in any case to a maximum of five people," says one of the federal states' draft resolutions for the deliberations on Tuesday at the German Press Agency in Berlin with Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) this Wednesday.
Children up to 14 years are exempt from this.
