Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - According to the police, a man in downtown Düsseldorf had a "particularly attentive guardian angel".
The 68-year-old was hit on Tuesday morning while crossing the tracks by a tram “so violently” that he was thrown to the ground, as the officials reported.
The front window of the train "shattered" as a result of the violent collision.
Nevertheless, the 68-year-old did not suffer any serious injuries.
Obviously he had missed the train.
After the accident he was available and taken to a hospital.
The police said he could leave this tomorrow.
The train driver also came to the hospital - he suffered a shock.
