“We have filed an appeal against the decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow,” TASS quotes the words of Men’s lawyer Murad Musayev.

Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow chose Menu as a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions: he was forbidden to leave his place of actual residence, with the exception of two-hour walks.

The menu is charged under Part 4 of Art.

160 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“misappropriation or embezzlement committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale”).

According to the POC, he does not understand the essence of the accusation.
