Man sentenced for hitting brother over rosé

The dispute broke out in the evening of November 16 to 17 at the family home in Combrit and had forced the gendarmes to intervene on two occasions.

The second time, the defendant is taken away by the police.

He has two grams of alcohol in his blood and has also been beaten.

Suffering from an alcohol addiction that he tried to treat several times, the defendant was sentenced to eight months in prison, four of which were suspended.

A four-month suspended sentence imposed in the past was revoked by the court.
