• Linköping:

Municipal preschools in Linköping will celebrate Lucia together with the children at the preschools.

No guardians participate.

In municipal primary schools, you will find new solutions, for example in digital form or Lucia celebrations in each class, no large collections for all students.

• Söderköping:

We will celebrate Lucia in children and students' regular children / student groups, without guardians.

In high school and in some F-6 schools, Lucia is recorded and shown in each class.

• Norrköping:

The issue has been raised in Norrköping and we are currently looking at what support a principal may need to handle the issue at the unit in accordance with the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations and in an infectious manner.

Just like every year, the units make their own decisions based on the prevailing conditions, and then inform guardians about the forms of celebration.

• Åtvidaberg:

The head of administration has decided that Lucia celebrations will take place within the framework of the regular children and student groups that exist in our activities.

This means that Lucia is celebrated by class, or by department, depending on the activity.

Guardians are not welcome.

If digital opportunity is offered to attend, however, we can not answer centrally, it is decided by the business based on opportunities and demand.

• Fine footing:

Most of our preschools and schools will have a Lucia celebration.

We will not have guardians or visitors to these events.

Some want to try to record the celebration to later show the guardians.

Some units will choose to celebrate outdoors.

It looks a little different but we see that we will find alternative celebrations.

• Fate:

We will not have a joint Lucia celebration on the F-5.

All classes will have their own gathering in the morning in the classroom but as I said, nothing in common and no Lucia train or the like that will go around.

• Gotland:

The Education and Working Life Administration, in consultation with the infection control physician, reviews possible (corona-secured) alternatives to Lucia celebrations within preschool / school.

In Vadstena municipality, the celebration of Lucia in preschool will take place without parents on site. The primary school draws attention to Lucia in class.

The middle school is considering a smaller Lucia train in digital form that is shown for each class. The high school has a large auditorium and the celebration takes place year by year from a great distance.

No guests.

In Vadstena, Lucia is celebrated every year in Klosterkyrkan with usually thousands of visitors.

The performance will possibly be streamed this year.

Motala municipality has not yet made a general decision in any direction regarding Lucia celebration.

That is, no central directives have been adopted at present.

We follow the development of events and await restrictions based on Covid19.
