Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that Baku is happy with the positive attitude of France and the United States to the trilateral statement of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that Armenia has declared its commitment to the agreement on Karabakh.
