The plaintiff filed a commercial case against the defendant, according to which there are commercial dealings between them, and that he offered the defendant to purchase 200 sheep, three camels and three cars, at a value of 637 thousand and 400 dirhams, as the defendant paid 28 thousand dirhams in payments partly in cash and the other by bank transfers .

He explained that the defendant stopped paying the remaining payments due to him according to the verbal agreement and refused to pay it completely, which prompted him to send people and hold customary sessions to mediate between them to solve the problem, as the defendant pledged to witnesses to pay the remainder of his debt and 694 thousand dirhams, but he did not pay what Forced him to file a lawsuit before the competent court to get his dues.

She added that the Civil Transactions Law stipulated that the buyer paid the price upon retirement first and before receiving the sale or claiming it, unless otherwise agreed, and she pointed out that the defendant refused to pay the amounts owed by him as a result of the purchase despite his friendly demands more than once.
