"To establish that from December 1, 2020 to January 10, 2021, in the period from 23:00 to 06:00, the provision of public catering services will be suspended," the corresponding document says.
It is specified that the restrictions do not apply to takeaway trade and courier delivery of ready meals.
Also, now all concerts in the region are held only by agreement with the Ministry of Culture.
Earlier, the Russian government instructed the heads of regions, if necessary, to impose restrictions due to the coronavirus.
