It is expected that from 08:00 on November 18th to 08:00 on November 19th, southeast Heilongjiang, western and northern Jilin, western Liaoning, central and southern parts of Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, etc. There are heavy snowfalls on the ground, and heavy snowfalls in some areas (20-29 mm).

The newly added snow depth in the above areas is 5-15 cm, and the local area is more than 30 cm.
