From November 1 to 11, the national average daily supply of natural gas was 860 million cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%; coal demand for power generation and heating was also relatively strong.
In this regard, the National Development and Reform Commission has actively coordinated major supply companies to flexibly adopt measures to increase production and supply, and strengthen the overall balance of resources. Since the beginning of winter, the supply protection situation has been generally stable and orderly, and the demand for gas and coal has been better guaranteed.
In order to ensure energy supply during the heating season this year, from November 1st, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with various regions, relevant departments and major supply guarantee companies, has launched a winter guarantee supply day scheduling mechanism to further strengthen coordination in response to changes in the supply and demand situation since this winter. , Highlight key points, and do a solid job of ensuring supply.

By coordinating the safe and high-load production of domestic gas fields, orderly purchasing imported resources, optimizing the arrangements for gas storage, organizing "south gas northward", and taking multiple measures to increase winter resource supply in the northern region.
Especially during this year’s heating season, the available gas storage has increased by about 5 billion cubic meters compared to last year, and it can better play the role of peak shaving and supply during peak periods.

Before the beginning of the heating season, organize relevant parties to take measures to determine the source of heating coal in advance.
Since the heating started on October 20, the operation has been stable, and the coal storage of key power plants has been maintained at a level of more than 20 days.
In the next step, we will continue to promote domestic coal companies to increase production and supply, guide and urge the three northeastern provinces to increase coal procurement through multiple channels, strengthen railway and port capacity guarantees, regulate power delivery, maintain coal storage in power plants at a reasonable level, and ensure heating in the Northeast Coal needs.
At the same time, the National Development and Reform Commission has always insisted on taking safety as a prerequisite for guaranteeing supply.
Recently, the Development and Reform Commission and relevant departments have urged all localities and major supply guarantee companies to carry out inspections and rectifications for hidden supply safety hazards in winter to eliminate potential risks in time.
