The match between Italy and Fiji, scheduled for Saturday in Ancona, has been canceled due to 29 cases of Covid-19 contamination in the Fijian camp, the organizers of the Rugby Nations Cup of Nations announced on Tuesday.
"The decision was taken after the new round of tests yesterday revealed twenty-nine positive cases in the Fijian team," said organizers.
The match between the XV of France and the selection of the Pacific, scheduled for Sunday, November 15 in Vannes, had already been canceled for the same reason and the organizers had given the match won with bonus to the Blues.
