Netanyahu said he had discussed with Putin the acquisition of Sputnik V

“Recently I spoke with Russian President Putin, we discussed the possibility of acquiring (Israel) the Sputnik V vaccine.

We will continue to discuss this issue in the coming days, ”TASS quoted Netanyahu as saying.

On November 16, the Kremlin press service reported that Putin and Netanyahu had discussed the coronavirus situation in a telephone conversation, including the possibility of supplying and producing a Russian vaccine in Israel.

Earlier it was reported that Russia will begin deliveries of Sputnik V to Venezuela in January 2021.
