Southgate said Manchester City's Raheem Sterling will miss the last game in the group against Ireland.

Due to a leg injury, he will be ready to play for his club next week.

Southgate, 50, revealed that he had contracted the Corona virus last month.

He said, "I was infected with the virus, but I was lucky ... it was not dangerous, as is the case for many in our country, it was not good, but now I am fine."
