Tourism profile Kay Wiestål began his career as a football professional, played in the USA and Djurgården, and he also coached Kalmar FF, among others.
He founded Victoria Day in 1979 and there were a total of almost 40 events at Solliden and Borgholms IP where he kept the threads.
He was also the one who started the center association in Kalmar and was the driving force behind the formation of the municipal tourism company Destination Kalmar.
