The tower section and the platform at the far end are completely newly built.
As for the footbridge out, the old construction remains but all the destroyed planks have been replaced.
The final price tag has not yet been finalized but is believed to land at around SEK 500,000.
- It is the tooth of time that gnaws on, but I think this one lasts longer than the previous one.
Partly because the first one was built of more untreated wood.
In this, they have invested in more pressure impregnated in the load-bearing parts, says the county administrative board's nature conservation officer Alf Ericson
- Then we will make sure to clear away at regular intervals so it does not become overgrown, so the air comes in and so the wood dries up.
