November 14, 2020An unprecedented image that of Naples a few hours after the passage in the red zone.

Unpublished images of the seafront, of Via Caracciolo, of the semi-empty bar tables in Piazza Trieste and Trento.

The beautiful day did not encourage the Neapolitans to go out.

An image of a city ready to respect the new "habits".

So no crowds and streets taken by storm as happened last Saturday.

The Chiaia area and the streets of Vomero where the bars are full are an exception, but without fanfare.

The police guard the areas identified by the Prefecture at the greatest risk of crowding, from the seafront to the Plebiscito, passing through the historic center.

The outdoor tables of the restaurants and pizzerias are almost deserted, with the owners and waiters waiting outside the premises for the arrival of some customers.

No crowds in the Decumani area, although the narrow alleys give another impression.

Silence in the shops, among the outdoor tables where many, in view of the new restrictions, have not made large stocks.

The unprecedented silence is broken only by the cars that come and go from supermarkets, where the lines that recall the period of the lockdown are reviewed.
