At 23:59 on November 12th, Beijing time, China used the Long March 3B carrier rocket at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center to put the Tiantong One 02 satellite into the scheduled orbit. The launch was a complete success.
Tiantong-1 02 was developed by the China Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It will provide users in China and surrounding areas, the Middle East, Africa and other related areas, as well as most of the Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean.
