It was on October 29 that a man in his 20s was shot to death outside a hamburger restaurant in Boden.
After a large police operation, a suspected perpetrator was arrested and later arrested and detained.
Today it was a new arrest hearing where the prosecutor requested that the man be remanded in custody - and the district court followed that line.
- He is still in custody on suspicion of murder.
He is suspected for probable cause, the stronger degree of suspicion, says prosecutor Rickard Finnberg to SVT who is otherwise silent.
The 45-year-old is in custody for two weeks until 27 November.
