Liu Deliang said that in this case, some headline party articles, vulgar news, and pop-up advertisements with pornographic information are published through the browser to achieve the purpose of pursuing economic benefits.
This method has become more and more common in recent years, seriously disrupting the order of network transmission.
However, this behavior of polluting the network ecological environment as a profit method has caused great dissatisfaction among the society and the public. In this context, the Cyberspace Administration of China launched this special rectification activity.

At the same time, the relevant person in charge of the State Cyberspace Administration of China emphasized that from October 27th to November 9th, all mobile browsers should conduct in-depth self-examination and rectification against the list of problems, draw inferences from one another and comprehensively clean up illegal information and strictly control "self-media" accounts.
At the same time, establish and improve the editor-in-chief responsibility system and content review management standards, and take effective and effective measures from the system level to effectively prevent the occurrence of problems that disrupt the order of network communication.
During the rectification period, 8 mobile browsers should do a good job of "one announcement, two reviews": "one announcement" means that at 8 o'clock on October 27, each mobile browser should post a self-check rectification announcement in a prominent position on the first screen and push it All users consciously accept social supervision.
The "two audits" means that before 15:00 on October 28th, each mobile browser should submit detailed rectification work arrangements to the local network information department according to the rectification requirements, and carry out self-examination and rectification after review and approval; the day when the self-examination and rectification ends, that is Before 17:00 on November 9, all mobile browsers submitted self-inspection rectification reports and content operation system specifications to the network information department and accepted them for review.
