Prosecutor Maria Lundberg does not want to go into who the arrested man is.
- I can not say anything because of the secrecy of the preliminary investigation.
But he is arrested for probable cause.
The man was arrested on Thursday afternoon, but Maria Lundberg does not want to say how the arrest took place or where it took place.
Nor if the injured person and the suspect already know each other.
Unclear what happened
The incident in Stadsparken was first classified as attempted murder but then changed to a serious illegal threat.
It was around 3pm that a man was taken to hospital by police after being found suspected of being injured.
However, no visible injuries were found at the hospital and the prosecutor does not want to comment on what actually happened.
- I do not want to go into that, says Maria Lundberg.
No later than Sunday, a possible arrest petition must be submitted to the district court.
