Earlier, an official representative of the French government Gabriel Attal said that Paris would closely monitor the observance of the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.

On the night of November 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a ceasefire declaration in Karabakh. Planes with peacekeepers from Russia were sent to the region.
