"A criminal case (negligence) has been initiated on the fact of four girls getting burns as a result of a breakthrough in a heating main," the message says.
According to the ministry, on Thursday, November 12, a heating main broke through on Tomilinskaya Street, as a result of which "a steam cloud was formed and strong streams of high temperature water gushed out of the wells."
At the place of the breakthrough, there were four girls who were hit by the stream of water.
They received thermal burns of the lower extremities of 1, 2, 3 degrees and were hospitalized.
