This is stated in the list of instructions published on the website of the Cabinet.

In particular, the governors must ensure a proper analysis by the regional operational headquarters of the epidemiological situation in the constituent entities of Russia.

Based on the analysis, they were instructed to introduce, within the established competence, the necessary restrictive measures to reduce the incidence of COVID-19.

At the same time, the heads of the regions should not allow negative economic consequences. 

The government specified that the results must be reported to Rospotrebnadzor. 

"The deadline is until November 16, 2020, then - weekly," the instruction says.

Also, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the relevant departments to send out a weekly forecast of the incidence of COVID-19 to the regions so that they can assess the sufficiency of resources to combat it.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 was exceeded in 35 regions of Russia.
