It reached 85% last year, from 68% in 2005.

Al-Basti said: “We, as officials, must qualify the national cadres to lead the innovation process, carry out the tasks entrusted to them, and help them define their goals in the appropriate way they see, to make a positive difference in the life of society, without restricting them in a certain way, and encouraging them to make double efforts. To make innovation a method of work that enhances our global position. ”
