Analyzing the reasons, experts said that after the autumn and winter, as the ground temperature decreases, the boundary layer decreases, the atmosphere stratification tends to stabilize, and the environmental capacity decreases compared with spring and summer.
In addition, some areas have already started heating. When the heating boiler is started, because the pollution control facilities are unstable, it will also increase the amount of pollutant emissions. Under static and stable conditions, regional pollution processes are prone to occur.
According to the results of air quality forecasts, all cities in central and southern Hebei Province and Henan Province have launched the orange warning of heavy pollution weather.
