  The "ten must not" mentioned in the "Guiding Code of Conduct for Graduate Tutors" include:

  1. There must be no words or deeds that violate the party's theory and line, principles and policies, violate national laws and regulations, damage the image of the party and the country, and deviate from the core socialist values.

  2. Do not organize or participate in any activities that may impair the fairness and fairness of exam enrollment.

  4. Postgraduates shall not be required to engage in affairs irrelevant to their studies, scientific research, and social services.

  5. Do not arbitrarily delay graduate graduation time in violation of regulations.

  6. Do not violate academic norms or damage the rights and interests of graduate students in academic research.

  7. Dissertations that do not meet academic standards and quality requirements shall not be submitted for review and defense.

  For mentors who violate the guidelines, the training unit shall follow relevant regulations such as the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Handling of Teachers' Moral Behaviors in Colleges and Universities", and take interviews, limit recruitment, suspension of recruitment, cancellation of the qualifications of mentors, and removal of the faculty as appropriate And other treatment measures.

  The Ministry of Education will include tutors’ performance of the guidelines into the qualification evaluation of degree authorization points and the "double first-class" monitoring indicator system. If the tutors violate the “Guidelines”, it will strictly limit the enrollment plan and restrict the application for new degree authorization. In serious cases, the degree authorization of related disciplines will be cancelled according to the procedure.
