President-elect Biden of the United States also started its first official schedule in response to the corona crisis.
He stressed that when a vaccine is available, it will be prepared as soon as possible so that all citizens can get it for free.
Until then, however, he appealed to the faction and the captain to wear a mask.

Biden started his speech by saying that a dark winter is coming.
It also said more than 200,000 Americans could die from the coronavirus this winter.
Unlike President Trump, who is said to be no big deal, he stressed that he would take corona countermeasures with scientists and implement them immediately after taking office.
When the vaccine came out, he promised to inoculate the entire population for free.
