Donald Trump let go by part of his own clan.

The president's stubbornness in not wanting to recognize Joe Biden's victory in the American presidential election, declared the winner by the AP agency and the main American media on November 7, is dividing even within the family circle of the outgoing president.

Jared Kushner, key advisor and son-in-law of the White House tenant, contacted him over the weekend to urge him to submit to the verdict of the polls, according to two CNN sources.

In a tweet Sunday morning, Trump campaign spokesman Jason Miller denied that Jared Kushner had approached Trump.

“This story is not true,” he said.

"Jared advised @realDonaldTrump to pursue all available legal remedies to ensure the truth."

For its part, CNN maintains its information.

Nevada is turning out to be a cesspool of Fake Votes.

The Melania Riddle

The former businessman, who has never ceased to evoke "fraud" since the count and says that he would have recourse to justice to contest his defeat, can not count on the support of his wife, if CNN claims are to be believed.

Behind the scenes, the First Lady also tried to influence her judgment, according to the American media.

In vain.

The American people deserve fair elections.

Every legal - not illegal - vote should be counted.

We must protect our democracy with complete transparency.

However, the enigmatic First Lady, usually discreet, came out of her silence Sunday, on Twitter, to indicate that she wanted transparency in the election, implying possible fraud.

"The American people deserve fair elections. Every legal vote - and not illegal - must be counted. We must protect our democracy with full transparency," she wrote on the social network.

Encouraged by his two sons

Among his relatives, Donald Trump can still count on his eldest sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, to encourage him to prolong the fight.

The latter are urging Republicans and their supporters to publicly reject the results, even as the American media, including Fox News, announced the victory of the Democrat.

"Where are the Republicans? Be brave, fight against this fraud," Eric Trump tweeted.

As for Donald Trump Jr., he also criticized on the same social network the "letting go" of his father, while Vice-President Mike Pence has still not spoken to defend his running mate.

Other staunch allies of Trump, like his lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, have also shown their support for Trump and shown they are always quick to challenge the outcome.

From his golf course in Sterling, Virginia on Saturday, Donald Trump has not denied the results in private, according to CNN information.

But publicly, the former real estate mogul continues to encourage his lawyers to take legal action to delay official certification of the results.

Divided jurists

One thing is certain, the camp of Joe Biden has still not had contact with the outgoing president, contrary to the tradition.

At this point, Trump's team has filed several lawsuits for alleged electoral fraud.

But according to ABC News, there is disagreement about this even within the legal team.

Some are reluctant to persevere, considering these steps unnecessary.

The chances of success indeed seem very low, because it would be necessary to find convincing arguments to invalidate tens of thousands of votes, not in one State, but in four or five of them.

However, at this stage, the Trump camp has still not succeeded in providing tangible evidence of fraud.
