"A statement has been signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Russia Vladimir Putin, declared a complete ceasefire and all hostilities in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," RIA Novosti quotes a Kremlin spokesman.
Earlier, Pashinyan said that he signed a statement on a ceasefire in Karabakh with the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan.
