Lena Häggberg is the principal at Hammerstaskolan in Botkyrka municipality, southern Stockholm.

The school is only 900 meters from the place where a 12-year-old girl was shot in August.

Many place great hope in the school's ability to deal with many problems.

But this school has less staff now than last semester.

- We struggle to give everyone who needs special support.

We find it difficult to capture all students' concerns and worries, says Lena Häggberg.

The situation is so strained that children who are ill and actually ask for help do not always get it.

- You get ready to cry from time to time.

In the report, you hear children and the principal talk about how it is at school.
