In Heilongjiang, Huadian Energy, with a total heating load of 115 million square meters, is the largest local heating company.
In order to ensure that residents live a "warm winter", Huadian Energy has also carried out heating system management ahead of time. It has treated a total of 17.85 kilometers of first- and second-level old pipe networks, replaced 121 lax shut-off valves, and greatly improved the heating security capability.
At present, the Jia Thermal Power Plant under the jurisdiction of Huadian Energy has opened the plug for heating 9 days in advance, and Qire Company, Harbin No. 3 Power Plant, and Harbin Power have all delivered warmth to users' homes one week in advance.
