The trial begins today, where three men are charged and suspected of the bus murder in Kiruna.

The accused are a 47-year-old father and his two sons aged 15 and 17.

During the first day of the trial, a factual presentation, ie a review of the murder, will be held.

Thereafter, two plaintiffs / witnesses will be summoned for questioning:



Plaintiff 1 - The bus driver: 

Drove the bus in question where the murder of Reza took place and was only a meter away.

The bus driver will during the trial tell about what he saw but is called as a plaintiff as according to the prosecutor he was also threatened by the 15-year-old not to report to the police or provide information during questioning.


Plaintiff 2 - The passenger:

 Sat on the bus in question where the murder of Reza took place.

Saw the incident and will also tell what she saw but is called as a plaintiff when, according to the prosecutor, she was threatened by the 17-year-old.

Has told in interrogation that she called the police when she saw what was happening while she was leaving the bus but was then threatened by the 17-year-old not to talk to the police, which made her hang up during an ongoing conversation.


Prosecutor Lindha Strömberg will also announce the punishment she is demanding for the three suspects.
