"Go To Travel" Extension plan until next year's Golden Week holidays 44% in favor 36% in opposition November 10 4:08

When asked in an NHK poll about the government's plan to continue "Go To Travel," a measure to stimulate tourism demand, until the Golden Week holidays next spring, 44% answered "agree" and 36% answered "disagree."

NHK conducted a pollster for three days from the 6th of this month using a method called "RDD" that calls fixed-line and mobile phone numbers randomly generated by computers for people aged 18 and over nationwide.



The number of people surveyed was 2075, and 58%, or 1195, responded.

When asked if they agree or disagree with the government's consumption stimulus measures against the new coronavirus, which will continue "Go To Travel" to stimulate tourism demand until the Golden Week holidays next spring, 44% answered "Agree" and "No". Was 36%, and "I don't know, no answer" was 20%.

The Government of Japan will not participate in the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, which will come into effect in January next year, saying that it will not lead to realistic nuclear disarmament.

When asked if Japan should participate, 56% said they should participate, 25% said they didn't have to participate, and 18% said they didn't know, no answer.
