On charges of sexual violence against an 18-year-old, possession and transfer of drugs, kidnapping and injury, Alberto Maria Genovese, the entrepreneur who founded the insurance start-up Facile.it, later sold in 2014, is was stopped in the night between Friday and Saturday by the police.



The 43-year-old businessman, according to the reconstruction, allegedly raped the young woman at a private party at his home, in the heart of Milan, on 12 October.

The man, who was planning to flee abroad, according to the investigation, raped the girl in his apartment which he himself called 'Terrazza sentimento' and which is now under seizure: there would have been several evidence of what 18 year old then denounced   



The investigations conducted by the policemen of the 4th Section of the Milan Mobile Squad were launched following the hospitalization of the young victim who had sought medical treatment.

The investigations made it possible to reconstruct that during a party organized by the man, the girl was forced to undergo repeated sexual intercourse and to take cocaine and ketamine.

Drugs of the same type would have been seized both in the house where the sexual violence took place and in the one where the man was tracked down and stopped.
