A 21-year-old man has been remanded in custody.

He is being prosecuted for justifying terrorism, threats and violence.

While he was training as a truck driver in the Gard, he reportedly said about the attacks on national soil that "France deserves what happens to it".

He also threatened with beheading one of the trainees and hit another.

Tried in direct appearance Tuesday

He was excluded from the course by the officials who filed a complaint.

The indictment procedure was served on him on Saturday by the investigating judge at the end of his custody.
