One of them also has Finnish citizenship.
The drama took place during a day in the summer of 2019 in Porvoo east of Helsinki.
During the night of August 25, two police officers were threatened and shot.
One of the policemen was shot in the back and the other in the arm.
Dramatic car chase
Later in the evening the same day, two suspects could be arrested north of Tampere after a dramatic car chase.
During the hunt, the men fired several shots at the police, but no police were injured.
The brothers have said they were looking to get over the police weapons. They have denied that they wanted to kill the police. Instead, they wanted the shooting to be judged as aggravated assault.
