The Russian President informed his Turkish counterpart about a series of telephone contacts with the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, ”the statement reads.
It is noted that these contacts were focused on finding options for an early cessation of hostilities and reaching a political and diplomatic settlement.
Earlier, Erdogan announced a proposal to Putin to jointly resolve the conflict in Karabakh.
