The US Agency for International Development (US aid) announced the allocation of $ 20 million to purchase nearly 65,600 metric tons of wheat, through the World Food Program, in support of Sudan to meet its urgent needs of the strategic commodity.

A press release issued by the United States Agency for International Development said that the UAE government will, on its part, pay an amount equal to the US contribution of $ 20 million, while Israel will contribute $ 5 million, for the same purpose.
