Humaid Al Nuaimi issues a decision appointing a General Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Ajman
His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, issued an Emiri Decree appointing His Excellency Abdul Rahman Ali Humaid Saeed Al Shamsi as Director General of the Legal Affairs Department in the Government of Ajman.
This decision shall be enforced as of the date of its signature, and it will be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate and circulated to the concerned authorities to act accordingly.
Abdul Rahman Ali Humaid Saeed Al Shamsi is currently the legal advisor for the Emirate of Ajman and deputy head of the Legislation Committee.
It is noteworthy that Abdul Rahman Ali Hamid Saeed Al Shamsi graduated from the College of Sharia and Law from the Emirates University in 1988 and obtained a master’s degree in international law from the American University in Washington .. He worked as a member of the judiciary during the period 1988 to 1996 and worked for the Federal National Council from 1996 to 2016, as a legal advisor to the Council, then the Secretary-General for Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs in the Council and supervised the sectors of legislative affairs and parliamentary affairs.
