His colleague from the Lamuka coalition and unsuccessful 2018 presidential candidate, Martin Fayulu, will not participate, confirmed one of his spokespersons.

On Thursday,

other former candidates

were received.

They all spoke out in favor of the

head of state's

initiative

, calling on him to appoint an informant or even to dissolve the National Assembly.

All except one: Maître Theodore Ngoy is the lawyer for the two constitutional judges transferred by Felix Tshisekedi, judges Noël Kilomba Ngozi Mala and Jean Ubulu Pungu who continue to protest.

He was able, for the first time, to share their complaints directly with the Head of State.

He also warned President Tshisekedi.

According to him, he cannot dissolve the Assembly without violating the Constitution: “

I told him that he has this legal and political reality, that is to say that he has a majority that he approved and because of which, to allow him to govern, he made an agreement,

”he explains.

We told him that he absolutely must respect the Constitution because he has taken an oath before God and before the nation.

The interest of the people must be privileged

 "

It is by far the largest delegation to attend the national consultations since Monday.

Five governors, dozens of deputies and senators, of all tendencies, met with President Félix Tshisekedi on Thursday.

All are from Grand Ecuador, the provinces of Sud-Ubangi, Nord-Ubangi, Équateur, Tshuapa and Mongala.

A space that they consider particularly disadvantaged today.

“

The province of Equateur is breaking all negative records and poverty has reached unbearable levels.

And it is important that in this recomposition-refoundation configuration, the centrality of Ecuador is taken into account in the refoundation of this State.

It is not normal that a province which has so many enormous difficulties is in addition deprived of all the institutional means, in particular the 10% which must come from the National Fund of equalization which does not function

, detailed the deputy. opposition Jacques Djoli, who has been appointed to speak.

Is it because of the difficulties that the union of all tendencies, Common Cash-Front for the Congo (FCC) -opposition with the five governors who govern this space worked?

“

I believe that what makes a state or what a nation should do is want to live together and it is imperative to face up to the challenges of the economy, politics, and societal imperatives.

So, faced with these challenges, the interest of the people must be privileged,

 ”adds the opposition MP.
