They all spoke out in favor of the
head of state's
initiative
, calling on him to appoint an informant or even to dissolve the National Assembly.
All except one: Maître Theodore Ngoy is the lawyer for the two constitutional judges transferred by Felix Tshisekedi, judges Noël Kilomba Ngozi Mala and Jean Ubulu Pungu who continue to protest.
He was able, for the first time, to share their complaints directly with the Head of State.
He also warned President Tshisekedi.
According to him, he cannot dissolve the Assembly without violating the Constitution: “

Five governors, dozens of deputies and senators, of all tendencies, met with President Félix Tshisekedi on Thursday.
All are from Grand Ecuador, the provinces of Sud-Ubangi, Nord-Ubangi, Équateur, Tshuapa and Mongala.
