He added that the authority exempted electric vehicles licensed by it in the emirate of Dubai from paying the tariff of public parking spaces allocated to them for a period of two years, starting from last July, as part of the promotion of Dubai's strategy for green mobility.

Exemption from parking fees

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority reported that the exemption from public parking fees applies to electric vehicles licensed in Dubai only.
